Everyone has their own goals, their own specific needs to get there because no two bodies are the same. What works for your best friend may not work for you. My 1 on 1 and small group personal training at CYB Fitlab as well as in home or office within the Buckhead area are tailored to you specifically. Even if working in a group of 2 -3 workout programs are specifically tailored to each client. Also included are Goals, Measurements every 6 weeks, and workout planning tailored to your goals  in all packages.



When a woman gets pregnant her body goes through numerous changes, its so much more than just having a baby grow inside her. With my prenatal and post natal program each client gets an assessment regardless of what stage they are in to see where her body currently is. This includes checking for imbalances, strengths and weaknesses and then from there deciphering what plan of action to take to correct them and either aide in preparing her body for labor or repairing her body after. Regardless of fitness level, every woman can benefit from certain exercise techniques during pregnancy. My job is to help you see what will help you and make YOUR pregnancy easier. 

With postnatal training it is to help you bounce back in the SAFEST most effective way. Crunches and running too much right after being cleared to workout post partum can actually be a recipe for disaster….. With my help you can get a recipe for success!  Training is available both in CYB Fitlab in Buckhead, and/or in home.
