Healthy "Pumpkin Pie"

Yes Thanksgiving is over, and I meant to share this before now... But better late than ever right?! And secondly, I know more than one person likes pumpkin pie even AFTER Turkey Day.

So here is something you can enjoy without the guilt!!

What ya need➡️➡️

▫️1/4 cup pumpkin ▫️ 1/4 tsp baking powder ▫️ 3 egg whites ▫️ pumpkin pie spice to taste ▫️ stevia or other sweetener ▫️ 1 tbl peanut butter

What to do ➡️➡️

Combine all ingredients except PB in small bowl and microwave for about a minute and a half. Top with PB and let melt and cool. Top with additional light cool whip or reddi whip if desired.
