Challenge yourself this week

It's a short week for most of us (yay!). So why not challenge yourself a little?? Here is a mental and physical challenge I am throwing your way (well not literally,  but ya get me right?) :) Mental Challenge: Be selfless. Try it out focus on the well being of others versus you for a day. You will only feel that much better about YOU as a result.

Physical Challenge: Leg workout below :) . Your legs contain your largest muscle group (s) , leading to high caloric burn post workout.  They also help provide the foundation for so much of your everyday activities.  Not to mention it's summer and you want them to look good! (This kind of selfishness is OK in my book ;) ).
